I am so honored to have receive a message this afternoon from ariel rose suares who has nominated My Sky is the Limit  for the Inspiring Blog Award!  I never would have expected anyone to really take notice to my little design blog so THANK YOU!  I am very flattered and excited!

There are a few rules to accepting a blog award…

1. Display the award image on your blog page.
2. Link back to the person who nominated you.
3. State seven facts about yourself.
4. Nominate 15 other bloggers for the award.
5. Notify your bloggers of their nomination and link to their posts.

So here are 7 fun facts about myself!

1. I started college majoring in Marine Biology before I realized Interior Design was my true passion.

2. I would rather travel the world than own a house- but hopefully I will get both!

3. I spoil my dogs more than I spoil myself.

4. I love the color purple and I WILL paint my home studio Benjamin Moore’s Vintage Charm #1455 (or maybe just an accent wall).

5. I carry my tape measure with me everywhere I go, sounds lame but you never know when you might need it!

6. I love residential design, but the more experience I get, I realize I love kitchen and bathroom remodels more.

7. I collect monogrammed mugs.

The 15 bloggers that I have nominated:

I think the Inspirational Blog Award is a great way to bring the blogging community together and for us little ones to get noticed!  Thanks again for the nomination and support!
