My Design Philosophy
A modern yet classic aesthetic is my approach to creating beautiful and balanced homes. I work closely with my clients to cater to their functional requirements, aesthetic desires, and individual personalities thus creating a unique experience for each. By pairing together traditional materials, contemporary color palettes, and rich textures, I achieve an “antique appeal meets modern clarity” in the projects I design.
With a background in Art History and a love to travel, I find it natural to incorporate classical elements into my modern designs, creating sophisticated, elegant, and timeless interiors.
Originally from Boston, I was drawn to interior design and the arts at an early age. The history and culture of the city sparked an interest in design and art history. Gaining my BFA in Interior Design from The George Washington University is what lead me to DC and is where I have been practicing design for 3+ years.
With experience and training in the fields of hospitality, commercial, and residential design, I have learned to address unique circumstances that each project brings. I enjoy the challenge and reward developing sophisticated, comfortable, and personalized living spaces for each individual project I embark on.
